Refund Policy

Given the specialized nature of the trading card game (TCG) industry, we are unable to accept returns on purchases. If you receive an item that is damaged or does not match its description, please contact us at pokedash.tcg@gmail.com, and we will address the issue in a timely manner. 

 

Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests can be made prior to shipment, but please note that a cancellation fee of up to 10% will apply. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing charge incurred during the original transaction.

 

Pre-Order Policy

Orders containing Pre-Order or Back-Order items will be shipped together once the Pre-Order or Back-Order item is available. If a Pre-Order item is scheduled for release in one month, the entire order will ship at that time.

 

If you would like available items shipped immediately, please place them in a separate order.

Please note the following regarding Pre-Order and Back-Order purchases:

• Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or cancelled 

• Payment is processed in full at the time of purchase

• Cancellation requests made before shipment will be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 10% to cover non-refundable payment processing charges

Disclaimer: For product listings that specify cancellations are not permitted, this rule will remain in effect without exception. As inventory is allocated based on Pre-Order demand, we are unable to modify or cancel these orders once they are placed.
